Home Organisational Support – Training courses

At K.A.NE. – Social Youth Development, we know that successful Erasmus+ mobilities depend on much more than inspiring training sessions.
They require trust, good communication, and the peace of mind that every practical and administrative detail is taken care of.

That’s why we offer comprehensive organisational support — before, during, and after your mobility — to both sending institutions and individual participants.
Our experienced team ensures a smooth and stress-free experience from the first contact to the moment you return home.

Before Your Arrival

We assist every sending organisation with all necessary documentation and preparation for Erasmus+ KA1 Staff Mobility projects.
Once you select your course, our team will provide:

  • Official Invitation Letter and Confirmation of Participation (if needed)

  • Learning Agreement, Mobility Agreement, and complementary documents

  • Detailed course description, daily programme, and learning outcomes for grant justification

  • Guidance on how to use your Erasmus+ funding for fees, accommodation, and travel

  • Pre-arrival information pack with travel guidance, accommodation details, and local tips

We’re happy to adapt our documents to match your institution’s internal templates or national agency requirements.

During the Mobility

From the moment you arrive in Kalamata, our coordination team will be there to welcome and support you.
We organise a welcome meeting and orientation session at the beginning of each course to introduce the schedule, the trainers, and the city.

Throughout your stay, we provide:

  • Continuous on-site support for all practical matters

  • Assistance in emergencies or unforeseen situations

  • Access to comfortable and fully equipped training facilities

  • Learning materials, and coffee breaks

  • Certificates of Attendance for all participants

  • Europass Mobility Document (upon request)

We maintain open communication with sending organisations, ensuring that every participant’s mobility runs smoothly and according to plan.

After the Mobility

Our support doesn’t end when the course finishes.
We continue to assist you with any follow-up documentation or reporting requirements related to your Erasmus+ project.

Upon request, we can provide:

  • Confirmation of learning outcomes or participation summary

  • Learning agreement complement

  • Templates and materials for sharing results within your school or organisation

We’re also happy to stay in touch for future collaborations or new mobility projects.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Our facilities and accommodation include accessible spaces and rooms for participants with disabilities or reduced mobility.
We encourage all participants to inform us of any special needs or support requirements in advance, so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a comfortable stay.
