ERASMUS+ funding
All our courses are fully eligible for funding under the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
This means that schools, VET providers, adult education centres, and other educational organisations can apply for mobility grants to cover training fees, travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs for their staff.
Erasmus+ offers teachers, trainers, and education professionals at all levels the chance to take part in high-quality European training activities. Beyond the learning outcomes, participants benefit from cross-cultural exchange, networking with colleagues from across Europe, and an inspiring international experience in Greece.

Participants can choose the option that best suits their needs — from independent attendance to full packages including accommodation at Vista Marina Hotel, our trusted partner located at the same premises as our training venue in the marina of Kalamata.

🚫 What’s Not Included
- Travel costs (flights, buses, cars, local transfers to/from Kalamata)
- Meals other than breakfast (lunch and dinner are not provided)
- Travel insurance and personal expenses
- Airport transfers (can be arranged upon request for an additional fee)
Tip: All of the above costs can be covered through your Erasmus+ KA1 mobility grant under the categories of travel and individual support.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
To secure your place in the course, a 40% deposit of the total amount is required upon confirmation of participation.
The remaining 60% should be paid on arrival in Kalamata, either by bank transfer or in cash.
Upon registration, participants will receive detailed payment instructions and an invoice suitable for Erasmus+ project accounting.
