Entrepreneurial Mindset in Education: From Theory to Practice

Entrepreneurial thinking is about curiosity, initiative, and action.

This course helps educators develop learners’ creativity and problem-solving skills through experiential, project-based approaches that connect learning with real life.

Description

Entrepreneurship is not only about business — it’s a mindset that helps learners think creatively, act responsibly, and turn ideas into action.

This practical course introduces teachers, trainers, and educators to entrepreneurial education as a key competence for lifelong learning. Through experiential workshops, participants explore how to develop creativity, initiative, problem-solving, and collaboration in their classrooms.

The training bridges theory and practice, guiding educators in designing real-life projects that help students learn by doing, connect with their communities, and develop a sense of agency and purpose.

Methods Used

The course is based on non-formal learning methodologies:

  • Experiential and project-based learning
  • Creative problem-solving and ideation tools
  • Case studies and real-life simulations
  • Design of mini-projects for classroom or community use
  • Peer learning and group reflection

These participatory tools ensure a balance between theory, hands-on practice, and personal insight.
