Inclusion as a Mindset: Non-Formal Tools for Building Respectful and Caring Classrooms

Inclusion begins with attitude. Through non-formal learning exercises, storytelling, and reflection, educators learn practical ways to create classrooms where diversity is valued, participation is encouraged, and every learner feels seen and supported.
Description
Inclusion is not a checklist — it’s a mindset.
This course invites teachers and educators to explore how everyday classroom practices can nurture empathy, respect, and belonging for all learners. Through non-formal education methods, experiential games, and reflective dialogue, participants will experience what inclusion feels like and learn how to recreate that atmosphere with their students. The course focuses on simple, adaptable tools that help groups appreciate diversity, manage differences, and create spaces where everyone feels seen and valued.
