At K.A.NE. (Social Youth Development), we believe that education is far more than the transmission of knowledge — it is a process of growth, discovery, and empowerment. Over the past 17 years, our organisation has worked with thousands of educators and learners to promote creativity, inclusion, and innovation through non-formal education.

Our courses represent the culmination of that experience: a set of courses that combine proven methodologies with fresh, forward-looking approaches to learning and teaching.

Our Erasmus+ Training Courses 2026–2027 have been carefully designed to support teachers, trainers, and adult educators in strengthening both their professional skills and their sense of purpose as facilitators of learning and change.

Each course is built on three core principles that define our approach:

  • Learning by Doing – all trainings are experiential, interactive, and hands-on.
  • Learning with Others – collaboration and exchange among educators from different countries are central to every programme.
  • Learning for Impact – participants leave not only with new ideas, but with tools they can apply immediately in their classrooms, organisations, and communities.

Each programme has been carefully designed to address today’s key educational challenges: building inclusive learning environments, using digital and creative tools with confidence, fostering emotional wellbeing, and embracing sustainability and innovation. The trainings are deeply experiential — participants learn by doing, reflecting, and co-creating — ensuring that every new skill can be directly applied to their professional reality.

THEMATIC CATEGORIES

Our curriculum is divided into five main thematic categories that reflect the evolving needs of education today. Together, they form a well-rounded portfolio that responds to the challenges and opportunities of modern teaching.

What Makes Our Courses Unique

All K.A.NE. courses are:

  • Erasmus+ eligible under KA1 Staff Mobility actions
  • Delivered in English, with an intercultural and inclusive learning approach
  • Highly interactive, combining indoor sessions, outdoor practice, and cultural immersion
  • Set in Kalamata, a peaceful yet dynamic seaside city — the perfect environment for inspiration and professional exchange

Each participant leaves not only with new knowledge, but with a network of European colleagues, a practical toolkit, and a renewed sense of motivation to make education more creative, inclusive, and human-centred.
